Building Use Request — Shelby Bible Church

This form is for anyone (members or nonmembers) wanting to use any part of our Building for any non-ministry related event. Ministry-related events will require you to fill out a Ministry Event Request.

If you would like to use our building for your event, please read our Building Use Policy by clicking the button below, then fill out the form. Our Operations Manager will be in touch with you when your request is received.
