We are doing our best to help with any of the difficulties we anticipate people may have as they try the different options on our website.  Attached are a draft set of instructions that will help you navigate through the discussion forum.  They use Sandy Casey's submissions, since she is one of the few who have submitted anything at this point!  Hopefully, you will be able to use these instructions to submit your first post.

Please don't let the ten pages scare you...there are lots of BIG illustrations in the instructions to help you make sure you are on the right page.
